Located in the Palms neighborhood of West Los Angeles, Charnock Road Elementary School is a diverse neighborhood school.  Charnock’s 378 students hail from around the globe, with over 25 different languages spoken by the student population.  Indeed, our school mirrors the diversity of our great city!  During the past six years, Charnock has been a school on the move.  With a stable, experienced faculty and committed community support, Charnock has embarked on an ambitious school improvement program.  Through a focus on rigorous, standards-based instruction and innovative family education and community outreach programs, Charnock has raised its API score over 75 points during the past few years.
