Welcome to Elysian Heights!

Nestled in the hills of historic Echo Park, our beautiful campus has provided a clean, safe and nurturing environment for children since 1915.

Our latest API score is 831 points, putting us in the top twelve elementary schools in the LAUSD's Local District 4, and surpassing the statewide target of 800 points! EHS is in the top three in terms of overall API growth. Due to the dedication of the parents, students, teachers and administration, EHS has increased its API over 300 points since 2000.

Now a pre-K to sixth grade school, we are a Title 1 Academic Achievement Award winner, several years running.
