The StarLight Award is awarded to all students whose projects will be presented at T.S. King Middle School's Animation and Film Festival. The top ten student team projects in English, Journalism and Animation will be receiving the award. Each recipient will recieve the Starlight Award and a framed certificate. The Starlight award is awarded to students for their own relentless drive for creating unique and creative moving images.. We are hopeful that the Festival will be a permanent part of Thomas Starr King Middle School and the amazing Vista Theatre in Los Feliz. The only way the festival can continue to be a possibility is due to the creative and innovative efforts of the students at King, and we hope the award will remind all the recipients of their innovations in moving images.
