I am very excited to be starting my third year at Knollwood, teaching one of the four first grade classrooms! I have been a teacher at LAUSD since 1997, having taught both fifth and first grades. My husband and I are also the proud parents of two wonderful children, ages nine and five.
Recently, I attended a Science Training Workshop which introduced me to new and inspiring ideas for the classroom. I am eager to share everything I learned with my students and inspire their young scientific minds.
I am looking forward to working with my students, parents and colleagues to make this a memorable and educational year.
