• Identify one SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, result oriented, Time bound) goal per grade level for Mathematics, Language Arts, and English Language Development.
• Improve teaching practices through focused and meaningful professional development and grade level planning.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to differentiate instruction.
• Analyze data to identify and address student needs.
• Genuinely involve and empower parents to become active participants in a shared vision through communication, parent education, and leadership.
• Recognize and celebrate our achievements.
• On an ongoing basis, reflect on and refine our Professional Learning Community to support excellence in teaching and learning.
