MISSION & VISION

Mission:
The Mount Washington Elementary School, in partnership with families and the community, will help each child cultivate his or her greatest potentials and become inspired to achieve the fundamental skills, knowledge, compassion and attitudes necessary to live a fulfilling an informed life, through a well-balanced curriculum and nurturing environment.

Vision:
The student will be encouraged by the community to become passionate about learning: possess the tools, skills and confidence for innovative problem solving; create, invent and communicate original thought; demonstrate positive self-esteem; and, engage in activities that promote social awareness.
