Students who are a year or more behind in credits will probably complete the GED-Plus course of study in order to earn a high school diploma. These students must complete ten specific state-mandated academic courses and also pass the GED exam. Courses already completed at another school need not be repeated. The AEWC will prepare you for the GED through course assignments and practice tests.
Students who are just a few classes short of graduation will probably choose to complete the missing coursework in order to earn their diplomas. All students must pass the California High School Exit Exam.
