Video Conferencing - Polycom

IMPORTANT! Please open a trouble ticket (submit a request) 2 weeks prior to the video conference date. You may login to LAUSD Self Service Portal with your“Single Sign On”


    * Fill in all necessary fields on the ticket

    * In the “Category” drop down menu, select “Video Conference QoS Test”

    * In the “Ticket Details” section, provide the date and time you wish to       

      conduct the trial video conference

    * Connect the video conferencing unit (shown below) and make sure

      you have CALREN, E164 Number, IP Address and MAC Address
