School Designated Contact Person’s Responsibilities

1. Monitor the completion and analysis of the individual learning plan
2. Assure that needed support services are recommended
3. Provide/facilitate professional development for staff and parents on services available to migrant students
4. Assure that there is communication with migrant parents
5. Contact migrant office for support
