EVIDENCE SETS AND SUPPORTING FILES

A Portfolio Requirement

  1. PTs complete one Evidence Set at a time, at least one each semester
  2. Upon completion, PTs should attend the next Networking Session, at least one each semester
  3. At the Networking Session the PT will share and submit their completed Evidence Set, they will then participate in the Introductory session for the next Standard Set

  4. Networking Session Agenda:

4:30-4:45 Sign-In

4:45-5:05 Annoucements, Norming

5:05-6:15 Collegial Share of Evidence Sets - small groups of 4 or less in grade/subject alike groups

6:15-6:40 Health Break

6:40-7:30 Introductory Session for Evidence Sets - in groups by Standard Set 15/16, 18/20 or 17/19

     5.  After each Networking Session, Evidence Sets are assessed.  Results of assessment are e-mailed to PTs within

          about 2-4 weeks.  Evidence Sets that require revision or additional work, may be re-submitted at any time.

     6.  Assessed Evidence Sets will be returned by school mail when possible, otherwise they may be picked up at any

          Networking Session or Drop-In Advisement
