Transition Service Teachers
Moving from S-Basis to T-Basis

The following information concerns TSTs currently on S-Basis or J-Basis and will now move to T-Basis on A or C-Track. The process for teachers staying on J Basis will not change.

If you are a Transition Service Teacher moving from

S or J Basis to T-Basis
(A - TRACK)

S-Basis to J-Basis

This column applies to you.

Please submit two timesheets for pay period 3105.

In the first timesheet, mark work time as scheduled in S-Basis calendar. This timesheet has fields available up to June 30, 2005 representing the end of the 2004-2005 school year.

In the second timesheet, mark the remaining dates for payperiod 3105 ending July 15, 2005. This timesheet represents the beginning of the 2005-2006 school year.

It is strongly suggested that TSTs who will be off track during the next pay period (3205) submit a time sheet in advance.

If you are a Transition Service Teacher moving from

S or J Basis to T-Basis
(C - TRACK)

This column applies to you.

Please submit two timesheets for pay period 3105.

In the first timesheet, mark time worked as scheduled in the single-track/traditional calendar. This timesheet has fields available up to June 30, 2005 representing the end of the 2004-2005 school year.

In the second timesheet, mark the remaining dates for payperiod 3105 ending July 15, 2005. This timesheet represents the beginning of the 2005-2006 school year.

The payroll procedures for Transition Service Teachers who are currently assigned to (and will remain in) schools on traditional/single track calendar has not changed.

Notes:

Friday, July 1, 2005 for all teachers is a FILLER DAY.

Each day worked amounts to a total of 6.6 hours for all teachers on T-Basis/Multi-Track calendar. This applies to most TSTs.

Teachers on Single-Track/Traditional calendar work 6.0 hours per work day.
