Notes on WorkAbilityI Follow-up
Reporting
We are finding that a significant number of schools have
submitted WorkAbility I data disks with an error in Follow-Up
reporting. The check mark located at the top of the Follow-Up
Form in the WorkAbility I Database is not checked. The
box is surrounded by a red border. This box, when checked,
signals that the interview is complete. The data is sent
to the permament Follow-Up database When the box is not
checked the data remains in a temporary database and connot
be transferred to our central files. We are contacting
schools that have this problem. Please check your disk
if you haven't sent it in already.
