Local District 8
"Our goal is to fundamentally improve the interaction between the student and the teacher in order to create critical thinkers prepared to participate in a diverse and complex society."

Local District 8 supports the learning communities of Banning, Carson, Gardena, Narbonne, San Pedro, and Washington Complex Schools.

We support our schools with data driven instructional decisions.

Our schools' instructional leaders will improve their use of data collection and analyzing.

Superintendent David Brewer visits schools with printouts of various student performance and school data. When a list of the data his office creates for his visits is available, it will be placed on this page.

Generally the link is a Adobe file that can be typed on with the latest Adobe Reader -- but cannot be saved unless you have the Adobe Acrobat (not Reader) application. Where you see a Word icon is a Word file to donload. The Word file is editable and can be saved. See below for a modified Form1044 that has two text boxes per row.
