INSTRUCTIONS
CLASS YEAR — The class you graduated with, or would have graduated with in the case of persons who moved, entered the military, or left school for any other reason prior to graduation. Enter the 4-digit year only, not Summer or Winter.
CURRENT NAME — As you are known now.
NAME BY WHICH YOU WERE KNOWN — If you were known in school by another name (i.e. maiden name, middle name, nickname, etc.), include that here.
E-MAIL ADDRESS — Please provide only the primary one you would like to have published.
STREET ADDRESS — (Optional) If you would like to only list the city and state (or city and country) you reside in, leave this space blank and enter it in the City, State and Zip blank instead.
CITY, STATE and ZIP — (Optional) Provide Country and Postal Code for addresses outside of the U.S.
TELEPHONE — (Optional) Specify if this is a work number. Be sure to include country codes for oveseas telephone numbers.
CURRENT OCCUPATION or ACTIVITY — (Optional)
FORMER OCCUPATION or ACTIVITY — (Optional) Use if you are currently retired or have now undertaken some other activity.
CLARIFICATION — For those of you with unusual circumstances (i.e. significant name changes, etc.) please briefly explain it in this space so we can better understand how your listing should appear. |

TO ADD AN ALUMNI LISTING
To add a listing to the alumni directory, please check the "Add Listing" box, fill out the form as you would like it to appear, and press the "Send It!" button to submit the information.
Note:
all E-mails are read by Verdugo's webmaster first before
they are posted.
You cannot automatically add your information.
Additions, modifications and deletions are generally uploaded
once a week, except during vacations.
TO MODIFY or DELETE A LISTING
If you are submitting changes to an existing listing, please
check the "Modify Listing" box and fill out the
form as you would like the listing to appear. To delete
a listing, check the "Delete Listing" box and
provide the class year, your name, and an e-mail address
for verification purposes. Press the "Send It!"
button to submit the change request.
Press the "Send It!" button above to submit the information on your form. If your browser does not support forms, or if you encounter any difficulties, feel free to e-mail the information to us at Verdugo-HS@lausd.k12.ca.us instead.
If you choose to send e-mail instead of the form above, you will need to type the information into the body of the e-mail message again. The information in the form does not get attached to a regular e-mail message.
