This annual event has been sponsored by the Rotary Club of Gardena, District 5280 for the past seven years. Each of the 170 special students, both elementary and secondary, is photographed with Santa. The pictures are sent home the same day along with a candy cane and a small toy courtesy of the Rotary. Additionally the Rotary provided fifty toys to accompany food baskets prepared from donations collected by the Sellery staff.
Pictured with Santa (John Reeves) are students Justin Jones and Manuel Pacheco, administrative assistant Joanne Harang and Gardena Rotary President Judith Bolle.
