Every month parent representatives from each of the Compensatory Education Schools in District K meet to review programs and activities of our Title I Schools. Our Superintendent, Dr. Richard Vladovic, presents a monthly update for parents concerning all instructional programs within Local District K and throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. During the course of the school year, representatives from different departments within our District present information on our literacy and math programs, budget, testing, school plan writing, special education and all health and human services.
Parents are elected at their school site to serve on the CEAC for one year terms. Members elect their District K Officers at the November meeting each year.
